Column protectors surround interior building columns with a cushion of air, protecting not only the column, but the forklift and the operator. The bright yellow color actually adds visibility to the column and reduces the number of impacts. They are easy to install using the included set of “hook-n-loop” straps; available in 15 different sizes to fit a variety of column sizes.
Rack protectors use air-chamber technology, sized to fit around a rack upright. They are easily attached to the upright using “hook-n-loop straps”, so it eliminates the need to drill into the floor to install steel protectors. Its unique shape and advanced EVA polymer material combine to dampen impact, avoiding damage to the rack upright, the forklift, and the pallet load. They protect virtually every rack width, including 75, 80, 90, 100 and 120 mm widths. Specific models can accommodate end-of-alleys corners and where low horizontal beams meet the upright.
Square Column Protectors can be quickly and easily customized to fit around virtually any square column, or post, to protect vehicles and columns. They are a modular product allowing unending combinations to cover your 4-sided column.
Corner Protectors reduces damage to any exposed corner that may be struck by forklifts or other vehicles. The traditional solution is to install steel angle-iron to the corner, which simply spreads the impact; whereas our solution actually absorbs the impact, protecting the exposed corner, the forklift and the pallet load.
Concrete Wraps adds a layer of cushioned protection to any round column or post. Its unique shape allows it to wrap around an unlimited variety of column or posts and is attached, without tools, with a set of nylon straps with adjustable buckles. | |
